Cancellation of Registration

Cancellation requests must be sent to satt-2019@fbk.eu.

• Cancellation requests received by 30 August will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation requests received after 30 August and  no-shows will not be reimbursed.

Please remember that cancelling the registration does not automatically cancel hotel and travel arrangements. Participants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.
